Job description
Nomios’ mission is to build a ‘secure and connected’ future. Organisations across Europe depend on us to help secure and connect their digital infrastructures.
Nomios is at an inflection point. As we scale our revenue and deepen our vendor ecosystem, the relationships we hold with our strategic and emerging partners will be a critical lever in our growth.
In support of our continued UK growth, we are currently seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager to manage and grow our relationship with Fortinet - one of our most significant strategic partners - alongside a portfolio of 6-7 high-potential innovation vendors who are on an exciting growth trajectory within Nomios.
Your role as a Strategic Alliances Manager
As a Strategic Alliances Manager at Nomios, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating pipeline impact and revenue growth through the partnerships you build and nurture. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities as you:
Champion Fortinet and our Innovation Vendors across the Nomios sales organisation, ensuring Account Managers and BDRs instinctively reach for the right vendor at the right moment
Work with Account Managers to identify high-probability vendor placement opportunities within specific customer accounts
Own commercially ambitious vendor business plans, with a clear two-year trajectory to significantly grow closed revenue
Build strong relationships beyond the rep layer, developing regular engagement with vendor management and leadership teams
Convert vendor intelligence and market signals into qualified pipeline for Nomios, with clear accountability for follow-through
Drive structured collaboration between Nomios sales teams and vendor field reps through enablement, joint account planning, and individual opportunity support
Work closely with Nomios technical and solution teams to connect the right people on both sides and develop joint go-to-market initiatives
Partner with Nomios, vendor, and distributor marketing teams to deliver targeted campaigns that generate new logo conversations
Run structured quarterly business reviews with key vendors, tracking performance, pipeline contribution, and progress against business plans
Support high-value commercial deals, particularly during end-of-quarter periods, providing advice, presence, and additional weight where needed
Navigate conflict between Nomios and vendor partners with confidence, maturity, and integrity, protecting the long-term health of each relationship
Job requirements
We hire high-energy, commercially sharp professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, growth-orientated environment. To excel in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in vendor management, strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or a related commercial role within technology, cybersecurity, or networking
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to turn partner relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
Experience working closely with sales teams to identify account-level opportunities and influence customer-facing activity
The ability to build relationships at multiple levels, from vendor field teams through to management and leadership stakeholders
A proactive, structured approach to business planning, pipeline development, and joint go-to-market execution
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
The ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, marketing, and leadership teams to drive shared outcomes
