Job requirements
What You'll Do
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Coordinator to assist our Strategic Client Relationship Manager in delivering exceptional service to new clients acquired through our Bids channel.
This role is ideal for someone who is keen build on and develop existing skills in client relationship management, project coordination, and cybersecurity services delivery. You will play a key role in supporting the onboarding of new clients, coordinating internal activities, and ensuring that our services meet and exceed client expectations.
Client Relationship Support:
Help onboard new clients smoothly and professionally.
Support client meetings with preparation, note taking and follow-up.
Keep client records updated in the CRM system.
Support the Strategic Client Relationship Manager with administrative tasks.
Internal Collaboration:
Take part in handover meetings from bids of new clients to onboard and support.
Action client scope requests and take part in scoping calls to understand scheduling specifics and key information to allow tests to progress smoothly.
Work with project delivery to schedule clients request test dates/ Share risks that may impact a test progressing.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, client relationship or administrative support is essential.
Working with internal departments to resolve client requests is essential.
Organised individual who can prioritise client requests is essential.
Client-facing and video call experience is desirable.
Exposure to cybersecurity, or technology services is a plus but not essential.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management, collaboration and administration duties.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tools:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Eligibility:
Right to work in the UK and eligibility for UK security clearance (SC).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
