Sales Support

What would your job entail?

One of our core values is expertise. As Sales Support, you will use your expertise to develop yourself as an important link between the customer and the Sales team. Your work is essential to the success of our business! Together with your team, you will take on the following tasks:

• You will ensure that our customers have a great experience, making sure that the process from request to delivery runs smoothly;

• You will support the Sales team in issuing and processing sales orders;

• You will maintain contact with customers and suppliers;

• You will be the point of contact for Finance, Operations, Sales and Management;

• You will help secure important contracts, both domestically and abroad.

What characteristics are we looking for in our Sales Support?

• You want to grow with us. Ideally, you already have some experience in a similar position, or you have a clear affinity with Networking & Cybersecurity and are keen to learn the ropes. As a starter, you will receive extensive training within your team.

• You are a problem solver with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You naturally double-check sales orders to ensure that everything is passed on correctly.

• You have an interest in/affinity with the IT world.

• You are a real team player with an entrepreneurial and proactive attitude.

• You speak and write English fluently, supplemented by professional-level French and at least a basic knowledge of Dutch.

• You live in Belgium.
