Making it the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on sparking conversations, opening doors, and driving commercial momentum. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly scaling cybersecurity business, with clear opportunities to grow your career in sales.

Your role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nomios UK&I

As an SDR, you’ll be the first voice many prospects hear from Nomios. Your mission is to generate new business opportunities through outbound lead generation, with cold calling at the heart of your approach. You’ll build awareness of our cybersecurity and networking solutions, connect with decision-makers, and qualify interest to fuel our sales pipeline.

This role is perfect for someone who is resilient, target-driven, and motivated by turning activity into results. If you enjoy the challenge of starting conversations from scratch and creating opportunities where none previously existed, this is your stage.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive outbound prospecting: Cold call targeted decision-makers across industries to spark new conversations.

  • Generate and qualify leads: Use phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to build and develop a healthy pipeline.

  • Book high-quality meetings: Secure time with prospects by uncovering their challenges, needs and priorities.

  • Collaborate closely: Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging and outreach campaigns.

  • Keep momentum: Maintain accurate CRM records to track activity and pipeline progression.

  • Nurture interest: Warm up early-stage opportunities and move them closer to becoming customers.

  • Stay sharp: Keep an eye on market trends, competitor movements, and feedback from prospects to improve outreach.

  • Be visible: Represent Nomios at events and industry gatherings to build brand awareness and connections.

Why this role?

This is a frontline commercial role where you’ll have a direct impact on business growth. Success here is all about creating conversations and converting them into opportunities. You’ll develop strong sales fundamentals, gain exposure to enterprise cybersecurity solutions, and have a clear path to progress.
