In support of our continued UK growth, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientated Sales Operations Executive (SOE) to join our Sales Operations Team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our sales team and the wider business, play a key role in the sales cycle and contribute to driving process improvement within the team.

 

Your role as Sales Operations Executive

As Sales Operations Executive (SOE), your role will be busy and varied. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and wider Sales Operations team to ensure the smooth and successful running of the sales cycle from quoting, to order processing, to invoicing, as well as many other business functions. To achieve this, you will need to work in collaboration with individuals and teams across the business, providing support wherever it is needed. You should be motivated to succeed, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.

The successful candidate will be result-orientated, focused and possess exceptional attention to detail. The role would suit someone early in their career or anyone looking to explore a new path in a fast-paced, exciting environment.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Working with the sales team to create quotations

  • Order processing and liaison with suppliers

  • Generating client invoices

  • Service contract administration

  • Accurate record keeping and report analysis

  • CRM/ERP systems management

  • Credit control

  • Provision of essential business-wide support

Job requirements

  • Proactive, ‘can-do’ approach, and willing to rise to a challenge

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work calmly under pressure

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365

  • Degree or equivalent preferred

 

Job Specifics

  • Location: This role is based at our Basingstoke office, with flexibility for occasional home-working by agreement (free hot & cold drinks, breakfast items, snacks, lunches, and regular takeaway Fridays are provided to all staff in the office!)

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
