Job description

Nomios' mission is to build a ‘secure and connected’ future. Organisations across Europe depend on us to help secure and connect their digital infrastructures.

In support of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to define strategy, drive impactful campaigns, and contribute to the continued expansion and success of the Nomios brand in the UK market.

If you thrive on accountability, attention to detail and measurable success, and want to be the person who makes marketing happen, we want to hear from you!

Your role as Field Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for designing, delivering and measuring marketing programmes that drive pipeline, strengthen our brand and support our sales teams. This is a hands-on-role where you will drive brand awareness, plan and execute campaigns end-to-end, and have complete accountability for results.

No two days will be the same, but the types of activities the Field Marketing Manager will be involved in include:

Planning and Strategy

  • Own the marketing plan for the UK business, aligning with company strategy and sales objectives.

  • Work closely with the wider Nomios group to ensure consistency in plans and messaging.

  • Translate business goals into clear, measurable marketing campaigns with defined timelines, budgets and KPIs.

Partnership and Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure campaigns and activities generate pipeline and are followed up effectively.

  • Work closely with our vendors and distributors to secure and manage MDF and co-funded marketing activities.

Brand and Positioning

  • Maintain a consistent, professional brand presence across all platforms and touchpoints.

  • Ensure messaging reflects our market position as a premium provider of cyber-security, networking and automation services and solutions.

Campaign Execution

  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, social, video, email etc.) that generate qualified leads.

  • Organise and deliver high-quality customer events, vendor co-marketing activities and industry exhibitions.

  • With the support of our knowledgeable subject matter experts, manage our content creation end-to-end including video, references, web-content, blogs etc.

Tooling, Data and Reporting

  • Develop and own sales and marketing tooling for lead generation and data capture.

  • Track campaign performance, engagement, ROI and other KPIs, acting on the insights obtained.

Job requirements

We hire result-orientated, smart, and high-energy individuals who bring a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional outcomes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar function, driving field marketing efforts for a technology B2B organisation (cybersecurity industry preferred). Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships with our sales and technical teams, and external partners.

Required skills and qualities include:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience in tech, cyber or MSSP fields.

  • Self-starter with the confidence to own the marketing function.

  • Confident running both field and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Highly organised, able to balance and prioritise workload across multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Proficient in LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), HubSpot, and intent-based marketing and reporting tools.

  • Pragmatic problem-solver with the ability to develop campaign recommendations and plans.

  • Ability to analyse data and present results in a digestible manner.

  • Proven budget management experience.

  • A positive, customer-centric attitude with the motivation to deliver an exceptional experience at field events.

Job Specifics

  • Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance each week at our Basingstoke office (free hot & cold drinks, breakfast items, snacks, lunches, and regular takeaway Fridays are provided to all staff in the office!).

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm.

  • Travel: The role includes some travel within the UK, with some overnight stays and occasional international trips if required.

  • Requirements: You will be required to attend meetings and events across the UK and must therefore have a full UK driving licence

You will work alongside high calibre sales, technical, and operational experts as part of a supportive, tight-knit team, within which every individual has an important part to play and makes a real difference. Nomios offers a highly competitive salary and commission scheme along with industry-leading benefits.
