We’re looking for an Atlassian Expert to strengthen our Managed Services organisation and help us build a customer self-service platform that scales. You’ll be hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Operations, designing workflows and integrations that enable our teams, improve service delivery, and deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize workflows, SLAs, request types, and automations in JSM.

  • Build a scalable, customer self-service–oriented platform for both engineers and customers.

  • Integrate JSM with tools like Zabbix, O365, Confluence, various CMDB's and vendor API's.

  • Align the Atlassian suite with MSP best practices to drive operational excellence.

  • Build dashboards and reports for visibility and performance tracking.

  • Train engineers and stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.

  • Continuously improve the platform to meet evolving business and customer needs.

  • General Atlassian cloud administration.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Atlassian administration (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, OpsGenie).

  • Strong skills in workflow design and automation (Jira Automation, RestAPI ,  n8n experience a plus).

  • Solid knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and how they apply in an MSP context.

  • Ability to integrate Atlassian with monitoring and support platforms.

  • Strong communicator, pragmatic, and hands-on.
