Job description

Nomios' mission is to build a ‘secure and connected’ future. Organisations across the globe depend on us to help secure and connect their digital infrastructures.

In support of our continued UK growth, we are currently seeking a Renewals Co-ordinator to join our Service Business Team. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the heart of the business, acting as the key link between Sales and recurring revenue, and playing a vital role in protecting and growing our direct renewals income. This role will suit someone with 1–2 years’ experience supporting or managing renewals within a cyber security business, who is also keen to develop their skills across logistics and operational coordination.

Your role as Renewals Co-ordinator

Your role will be central to ensuring the smooth, accurate and timely renewal of service contracts, while also supporting the logistics activities that underpin successful delivery. You will work closely with Sales teams, vendors, suppliers and internal operational teams to ensure renewals are processed efficiently, data is accurate, and customers receive a seamless experience.

As the main point of contact between Sales and renewal revenue, you will have clear visibility of upcoming opportunities, expired contracts and commercial risk, enabling you to proactively support account managers and drive retention. Alongside renewals, you will take ownership of key logistics processes, coordinating shipments, tracking orders and resolving issues to ensure commitments are met.

To succeed in this role, you will be organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with a genuine interest in how commercial, operational and logistical elements come together to drive business success. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering excellent exposure across the business and clear opportunities for development.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Act as a key owner of the renewals process, ensuring service contracts are renewed accurately and on time.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all direct renewal activity and revenue.

  • Produce regular reports for Sales teams on upcoming, overdue and completed renewals, highlighting risk and opportunity.

  • Support Account Managers with renewals for key accounts, including co-terming and contract alignment.

  • Liaise with vendors to ensure support coverage aligns with agreed contracts and commercial terms.

  • Validate service agreement data, including serial numbers, coverage levels, hardware locations and SLAs.

  • Perform regular health checks on renewal data, purchase orders and contracts, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Ensure service decline forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner, escalating issues where required.

  • Work closely with Business Operations and Service Delivery teams to support audits and maintain data integrity.

  • Support shipping and logistics requirements at point of order, ensuring data is captured accurately.

  • Track inbound and outbound shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues.

  • Liaise with warehouse teams, vendors and external suppliers to coordinate deliveries and collections.

  • Maintain accurate documentation across renewals and logistics processes, ensuring compliance with procedures.

  • Update and maintain logistics and renewal systems with current and accurate information.

  • Support freight coordination and assist with identifying cost efficiencies where possible.

  • 1–2 years’ experience supporting or managing renewals within a cyber security or technology-focused business.

  • Willingness to take ownership of logistics and operational coordination alongside renewals.

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
