Job requirements

What You'll Do

• Define the technical scope of work and estimate the effort required for all services.

• Participate in pre-engagement discussions, providing clarity on technical requirements.

• Offer technical expertise to the commercial team regarding service offerings.

• Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with technical engagements.

• Act as a liaison between technical and commercial teams to ensure seamless communication.

• Share technical knowledge with internal teams to enhance expertise.

• Support delivery planning, ensuring efficient execution of services.

• Contribute to internal projects and assist in the development of new service offerings.

• Prepare and present technical insights to existing and prospective clients.

• Attend onsite client meetings to discuss and refine technical requirements.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as a relevant university degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology or similar field.

Background: Customer experience and/or IT, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and broader IT concepts (from internship, apprenticeship, summer job, volunteering, etc.).

• Ability to comprehend complex technical projects and translate them into actionable insights.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for stakeholder management, client management, collaboration and administration duties.

Independence: Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Passion: For cyber security.

Eligibility: Right to work in the UK and eligibility for security clearance.
