Service Delivery Manager


As a Service Delivery Manager, you identify with the customer's needs and monitor and manage the services that Nomios offers its customers. The foundation of this position is to ensure a consistently high level of customer service throughout the service chain. This is typically a full-time position and can be performed in various industries and/or organizations. Service Delivery Managers work with all employees of the
service department together. The role is well suited to people who have a passion for excellent customer service, have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

You have an extremely important role in a company that is constantly growing. You understand our customers' business needs and act as a central point of communication. This includes the coordination of activities for the various services that Nomios offers its customers (interference resolution, managed services and security solutions). In addition, your area of responsibility includes proactively finding solutions to service questions and problems. Your focus is on our customer base in Germany.


A key part of a service delivery manager's role is to constantly redevelop and improve processes. The goal of streamlining these processes and procedures is to ensure that every customer experiences the same great Service Customer Journey experience, every time. You will develop and keep your knowledge of the client's business and network up to date. You will work closely with qualified engineers, architects and a team spread across Europe. We serve market leaders in the telecommunications, service provider and enterprise markets, which makes working for Nomios extremely demanding and guarantees a steep learning curve.

Job requirements

In order to be successful, our future colleague has the following knowledge and experience:

Job Requirements

- A completed bachelor's degree. Preferably in information technology.
- ITIL certification; preferably ITIL v4 with and a specialist certification.
- IT knowledge/experience; preferably: network, managed services and/or security.
- Understanding of onboarding new customers.
- Experience identifying up-sell opportunities.
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT services environment.
- Manage incidents (P1/P2).
- Reporting to management and customers (SLR).
- Excellent communication skills, both in German and English.
- Able to quickly build strong, trusting relationships.
- You are preferably located close to our German office in Dortmund.
