Job Summary:

At Nomios we offer you a dynamic internship in which you will have every opportunity to develop your skills as an HR professional. We are looking for a person who is energetic, creative, accurate and open to really learning in practice.


General responsibilities:

One of our core values is expertise and with us, you will develop into a talented HR specialist. With Nomios, you will have the opportunity to create impact everyday as our work is essential to the success of each one of our employees! Because you:


HR Operations:

  • Handle first-line questions from employees;
  • Personnel administration, documentation(contracts, IND, 30% ruling,..etc);
  • Facilitate our full onboarding program for new hires;
  • Assist with Payroll and Fleet management;
  • Assist with HR related projects;
  • Conduct and analyse exit interviews.
Recruitment:
  • Support our recruitment team with job posting, CV screening and conducting phone screening;
  • Streamlining and automation of the process.
Employee Engagement: 
  • Support with design and roll out of the engagement survey;
  • Plan and lead social events;
  • Support Health and Wellbeing initiatives.
Talent Management:
  • Support performance management process by organizing review schedules, collecting feedback and ensuring completion of appraisals;
  • Work closely with HR team to design talent management and succession planning processes.
Learning and Development:
  • Play a pivotal role in analysing development gaps and design the suitable solutions per team;
  • Organise quarterly learning sessions.

Job requirements

Intern requirements:

  • At least a college (HBO/Bachelor) HR education;
  • You’re good with various systems and administration;
  • You’re a team player, proactive and enthusiastic about new challenges;
  • You can write and speak Dutch and English.
